We've spent the past 10 years in Manhattan Beach and consider it home as our children approach their high-school years. We love renovating homes and with a touch of OCD, you can be assured our property is spotless and has every amenity to make your stay enjoyable.

As for Manhattan Beach, there's no better place to live! Between enjoying casual beach living, surfing, volleyball & biking, proximity to LAX, restaurants, stores, bars within walking distance plus easy access to all Southern California has to offer, we can't say enough fantastic things about Manhattan Beach.
