Fully furnished flat with a main bedroom with a double-bed and a crib for a child under 3 years old, a living room with a double sofa-bed, a kitchen and a bathroom, free WI-Fl, washer and dishwasher, lots of natural light, near Termini Station (Main Railway Station), second floor (NO elevator).

The flat is in the very heart of Pigneto neighborhood, away from the noise of the city, well connected with the centre.
Close to the bus, tram and metro stops. Close to Termini railways station and Tiburtina railways and bus station. All around typical non-tourist restaurants, bars, shops and amenities.

I'm 41 years old and I live with my husband and our amazing 6 years old child.
We're easygoing people, respectful and polite. We like to meet foreign culture.

Why they chose this property

I was born and lived in Rome until 3 years ago.
Currently we live in Austria and our friend and co-host Maria will take care of you.

I rent the whole flat, you will be independent to discover Rome and the quarter but Maria will be available throughout your stay in case you need any help. We speak English, Italian and Greek :-)

What makes this property unique

The quarter (Pigneto) is the new coolest area in Rome. Close to Termini and Tiburtina railway stations and full of very nice (non touristic) restaurants, bars and locals in which you can have a great dinner and rest after discovering the amazing city centre.

Nevertheless the house is very quiet e lightful.

Restaurants, Supermarkets, Bakery, Cake shop, Bars, Pizzerias, Chemist's, Fresh fruit & vegetables shop, Dry cleaner, Herbalist just few steps from the apartment.
