Large apartment completely renovated in 2017 for 10 to 12 people located in Valmorel in the heart of the Grand Domaine offering more than 165kms of ski slopes.

The Grand Domaine links the resorts of Valmorel, Doucy, Celliers and Saint-François-Longchamps, on more than 3,600 hectares of slopes between Tarentaise and Maurienne.

In the Residence Les Lauzières Dessous in Valmorel, at the foot of the ski lifts, 105m² apartment consisting of 6 rooms with 4 independent bedrooms on the ground floor. Access for disabled people with 30m² terrace with view over the whole valley.

The apartment is 50m from shops, ski lifts, ski rentals.
Arrival and departure skis at the foot of the Residence including cloakroom and room for heated and private skis.

Well positioned apartment
We enjoyed our stay in this apartment which is very well situated being close to a lift and the Sherpa supermarket. The Bourg part of town is easily accessible by a cable car, free bus or footpath. The main room was lovely and well equipped but we did have one or two issues generally about the apartment. Having to hire linen separately was rather a bore, especially as the communication from the owner didn't make it entirely clear where the company was. It added considerably to the cost as well which made the original cost quoted rather misleading. One of the rooms has no window, but as long as the radiator was off did not cause too much of a problem. The smallest room however was ridiculously hot and we could not find a way to switch off the radiator. I meant to let someone know that one of the wall lights in the main room was not working - possibly only a bulb - but it wasn't clear who should have been taking care of that kind of thing.

Appartement très bien placé à Valmorel
L'appartement est sombre et nécessite souvent un éclairage artificiel même en pleine journée. Une monumentale tête de cerf trône dans le salon et ne figure pas sur les photos, information pour les âmes sensibles. Il est néanmoins extrèmement bien placé dans le hameau de Crève_coeur, à quelques dizaines de mètres des télécabines de Pierrafort et de quelques petits commerces. Le casier à ski, juste à côté de l'appartement est très pratique. L'appartement est en général très bien équipé avec tout le confort et les accessoires nécéssaires. Une fiche d'instructions avec l'emplacement du casier à ski (pas si évident à trouver car fondu dans le décor), le fonctionnement du WIFI et le code (clé 4G) ...... serait appréciable. A notre arrivée, l'électricité était disjonctée, pas terrible pour les glaçons qui se trouvaient dans le congélateur

Bien, mais...
La propriété est située à moins de 50 m du téléférique de Pierrafort et à 100m du télébourg: super!! Il est au RdC: moyen lorsqu'il y a des départs et arrivées tardives ou tôt. Le bruit des roulettes des valises sur les pavés de l'entrée résonnes beaucoup. La luminosité de l'appart en journée est un peu faible, mais heureusement, il y a une table extérieure, bien ensoleillée (en fonction de l'heure et des saisons). La déco: ce n'est pas mon style, mais chacun ses gouts. Pour l'état des lieux: ils sont inexistants, ce qui est surprenant, et j'espère que ça ne portera pas à une dégradation trop rapide de ce logement. placards de l'entrée qui ne coulissent plus correctement. Ampoule HS,radiateurs défectueux... Je n'ai mis que 2 étoiles pour la procédure d'arrivée, car hors mis la remise de 2 jeux de clés, aucun manuel regroupant le fonctionnement des divers appareils n'est fournis (four, chauffage, lave vaisselle, wi-fi,...), ni l'emplacement des divers choses (local à ski,clé etc..). Un vrai casse tête dans les interrupteurs. Pour ce qui est des repas: il faudrait prévoir des plats et poêles un peu plus grands car pour 8 , ça passe, mais à 10 ou +... Il faudrait aussi refaire le trie des ustensiles de cuisine: (économe en fin de vie, couteau qui coupe plus beaucoup,un presse agrume ne serai pas du luxe,etc...) Attention, hotte ouverte et personne de grande taille = bobo la tête. La literie: rien à redire. salle de bain: Même si esthétiquement, ce n'est pas jolie, un rideau de douche au dessus de la baignoire serai le bien venu, ainsi que des étagères pour les divers savons et shampoings d'une tribus. salle d'eau: très bien. Voila, dans l'ensemble le logement est bien, mais vu le prix pour une semaine, certaines choses peuvent être améliorées et éviteront de devoirs déranger le propriétaire.

Bon séjour malgré le peu de neige
Logement très bien situé pour le ski. Appartement agréable avec un bel et grand espace de vie, idéal pour 10 personnes. De plus il est très bien équipé, nous avons apprécié le local ski. Le seul bémol serait le manque de clarté et de luminosité : Appartement en angle d'immeuble et en rez-de-chaussée.

Bel appartement
Appartement très fonctionnel. Nous y avons séjourné à 9 sans difficultés. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et sont intervenus très rapidement pour régler 2 ou 3 petits dysfonctionnements. Nous reviendrons volontiers.
