3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom house with 2 living rooms, a dining room, and a large kitchen table. Sleeps 12 comfortably. Can sleep up to 17 if some are children. Comes with complete Kitchen stocked cookware. Includes spacious gated back yard. Ten minutes away from Rockport and Port Aransas Ferry. Free Wifi but no cable. Each bedroom has a smart TV with several apps including free Hulu and TVs in main living rooms have DVD and VHS players.

I'm originally from San Antonio but have always loved going down to Port Aransas beach with my family.
Why they chose this property
My father who shared this same love for this same beach bought this house in 2011 in Aransas Pass in order to go to Port Aransas beach frequently and not have to pay the high rental costs on the island. My father passed away in 2013 and left the house to me.
What makes this property unique
Since then I've made several upgrades including new flooring and putting in a new bathroom. I have also recently put up TV's in each bedroom and equipped the home with wifi.
