The house worked perfect for our needs. It's very roomy and was comfortable for our group. It is very close to U of A, so it was easy for our kids to go back and forth from their dorm. Only issue we had, was the living room TV did not work. You could watch a DVD, but nothing else. Our group wanted to watch College Football before we went to the game, but found there was no cable box. Pat got back to us fast and apologized. If you want to use the TV, I would check before hand. Other than that, house and host were met our needs.
Located in nice, quiet neighborhood within a 3/4 mile walk from the University of Arizona campus. One of the nicer neighborhoods that close in. House was older but comfortable, and had everything we needed. Back yard was charming and relaxing. Property owner was very nice. Would stay again.
We just finished a week stay during the start of the gem show. This house was IDEAL for a collection of friends. All 3 bedrooms have private baths and make a perfect solution for the combination. Older house but immense charm, glorious backyard filled with bird life, and other friendly visitors Owner lives nearby, and communicates very well. Close to University, many of our favorite Tucson restaurants, and the gem shows when they are there. Fantastic location! Also, a biker's heaven as the neighborhood is a dedicated biker area.
Easy walk to a great park but so many "treasures" within reach of toddlers and preschoolers. It was wonderful to let the kids run off steam at the park but we had to be super-vigilant to keep their hands off the owner's tchotchkes. For families a great place all-in-all. Bonus - grandparents had space away from the noisy horde!
Two couples had a nice family weekend with our Wildcats! The house was in a great location in a quiet and quaint neighborhood. Our only "complaints" are that the house is older and very outdated. The refrigerator had a musty smell when you opened it, and some of the rooms had a funky smell as well. The internet and cable were not working so the football fans in the group were disappointed. The back patio with the friendly outdoor kitty was our favorite place-very spacious and private! Pat, the owner, was very responsive and prompt to answer texts. Overall we had a nice stay!
Pat was great, very responsive and helpful. The house was exactly what we needed. Walking distance from the U of A Campus. The split floor plan was great!
We had a terrific time at this property. The house has a ton of natural light and the backyard is very pretty. Terrific location and the hosts were very accessible, answering all of our questions and offering good suggestions for things to do in the area.
I rented this property for family coming to visit. Pat could not have been more accessible as well as onsite person, Dylan. Location, location location which was great. The home is big and spacious great for three couples.
Great place...super location! Very homey and comfortable and backyard/patio area is spectacular. Pat/Dylan also great communicators and were very helpful.
Stayed 6 nights for work and really enjoyed our stay. House was very clean. Beds were very comfortable and the large den and huge patio was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

Homey and comfortable
Our family had a nice stay in this place. It was very homey and welcoming. The hosts had left snacks for us upon arrival, which was kind. It was very kid-friendly, and there were even a few kid books which we read at bedtime. Great location across from the park. The yard was an especially nice feature. If you are looking for a polished, upscale place, move along; this feels more like visiting your grandma's house (which worked well for us). Would recommend for families and students.

Why they chose this property
This property is centrally located, in one of the best neighborhoods in Tucson. Close to the U of A and great for my children, with the park and library a block away. Its a beautiful historic neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
Proximity to the U of A and the 6, 4x8 windows looking into the backyard. Feels like you are outside while being inside.
