Welcome to the Pointe, to the villa "La Grange". Ideal for one or two families with lots of children!
The house of 200m2 is nestled in the middle of a large garden of 1100m2, with mimosas and strawberries.
The living room with amazing volumes opens onto a large wooden terrace of 60 m2, so you can eat in or out, there is a kitchen side plancha. Everything is very functional, it is a well maintained house.
There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and 4 upstairs, as well as 2 bathrooms + a charming outdoor shower on the back part of the garden, which children will love.
The house built in 1968 had a nice extension on the back. It is placed at the entrance of the Pointe du Cap Ferret, it is a charming area, CLOSE to the ocean, the basin and the 44 hectares.
It is an easy house to live in and everyone can find their own corner, even for 14 people!

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette maison à 3 couples et 7 enfants. Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement proche de l’océan, la terrasse et le jardin, le nombre de couchages. Le seul petit bémol serait qu’il manque une salle de bain et des toilettes. S’il y avait par ailleurs un sèche linge et une plancha et tv fonctionnelles, ce serait le top! Toujours est t’il que nous avons apprécié ce séjour et que nous avons été bien accueillis. On recommande!
