Es hat prima gepasst.

Wir wollten eine schöne Woche mit der 4köpfigen Familie in Paris verbringen und das hat auch geklappt. Die Unterkunft war prima. Alles wichtige ist vorhanden. Alles war sauber und wir hatten genügend Platz. Man benötigt etwa 20 min.bis zur U-Bahn, aber das war kein Problem. Für den Rückweg haben wir sogar noch einen Bus nehmen können, der fast vor der Haustür hält. Wir würden sofort wieder in dieser Wohnung unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Jolie maison confortable et bien aménagée.

Proche du centre de Paris en metro, confort (literie au top), aménagement au complet, extérieur, propriétaire sympa, très propre et calme. A recommander.

Angenehmer und unkomplizierter Aufenthalt

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert, auch wenn mein Französisch stark eingerostet war. Für einen Aufenthalt mit der Familie ist es eine gute Unterkunft, die wirklich hält, was die Beschreibung verspricht. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Unterkunft war sehr schön und entsprach dem Inserat. Liegt allerdings ca. eine Stunde von der Innenstadt entfernt

Wunderschönes Haus!

Das Wichtigste vorweg: Wir waren sehr zufrieden, die Wohnung bzw. das Haus (es handelt sich um ein ganzes Haus) war sehr schön, viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, schön eingerichtet, 5 Leute (wir waren zu zweit) haben bequem Platz. Das Haus liegt in einem vernünftigen Viertel in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, für Pariser Verhältnisse sehr ruhig, kaum Verkehr. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu diversen Bushaltestellen, ebenso zum Bäcker oder Supermarkt, Viertelstunde zur nächsten Metrostation. Direkt am Haus, auf dem Grundstück gelegen und von der Wohnung einsehbar, ist ein Parkplatz, der allerdings etwas Rangieren erfordert. Küche ist komplett eingerichtet, alles da, alles modern, Küchengeräte neu, reichlich Besteck und Geschirr. WLAN ist stabil und reicht gut in alle Räume. Badezimmer eher einfach. Was wir sehr goldig fanden: es gibt einen kleinen und sehr gemütlichen Wintergarten, in dem man sich auch bei Regen aufhalten kann. Es gibt auch einen Minigarten von ca. 10 Quadratmetern. Hr. Rideau ist ein sehr angenehmer und unkomplizierter Vermieter, sehr hilfsbereit, hält sich aber ansonsten im Hintergrund. Kommunikation auch im Vorfeld problemlos, antwortet schnell und präzise. Ein paar Worte Französisch sind sehr nützlich. In der Summe prima Haus mit sehr nettem Vermieter, falls wir wieder nach Paris kommen, würden wir wieder dieses Haus mieten wollen.
