Horrible room 210

Our stay at this property was horrible. We had terrible experience with horrible smells, broken refrigerator, lost all our food, TVs were all messed up, nasty unclean rooms. My niece who is allergic to cats had to go to urgent care because she broke out into a rash from a previous guest or possibly a manager or something having a cat in the condo. This was the worst experience with any company I’ve felt with since I’ve been coming to Myrtle beach. I would highly recommend people to stay somewhere else. I cannot speak for the entire hotel but I can tell you whoever is running the management was unwilling to help us. I tried to even apologize for yelling at the lady when I settled down, and she just looked at me and smiled. She never apologized for anything we went through or the inconveniences they put on our vacation.

Great beach vacation

The location to the beach and the property was wonderful. The balcony was large and had great views. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the stay.

Nice condo, but was shorted a parking pass

I was disappointed when we arrived and were only given 2 parking passes despite me checking and double checking that we'd get 3. They told us the hoa changed the rule to only 2 passes. They didn't bother to call or email to let us know. So when we showed up on a busy Memorial day weekend with 3 cars, we had to seek street parking. As for the condo itself, it was nice. Excellent view, good location, and clean. The only issue was the windows were thin letting in a lot of street noise. I had to wear earplugs to sleep as it happened to be a biker weekend and they were super loud with motorcycles and blaring music all night.

Family Beach Weekend

The property was nice, and our family had an enjoyable get together. The indoor pool was closed, and we were expecting to use it. The pool was cool not heated, and the lazy river wasn't working. Loading and unloading parking and luggage carts were helpful.
