Close to Central Market Grocery( .4 miles), Starbucks( .5 miles), Movie Theatre, Apple Store and specialty shops. The Texas Medical center is 4 miles away! Walgreens is .2 miles .
New linens, plush towels, smart T.V. in bedrooms and family room with high speed fiber internet, Blue Ray. Plenty of parking right outside of front door. Families welcome.
Two story townhome that has comfortable downstairs-all hardwood floors, with two sofa's and 2 comfy chairs. Open floor plan including family room and dining room with adjoining kitchen and half bath.
Kitchen has stainless steel appliances- new Bosche dishwasher, range, remodeled recently. Dining Table and 6 french chairs with sliding door out to small patio where Weber Gas Grill is located along with two teak chairs for fresh air. Half bath just off of the family room.
Upstairs is the laundry room with a new full size washer and dryer. Master bedroom with vaulted ceiling and 2 large windows and en suite bathroom with a tile shower and separate bathtub as well as a vanity with two sinks.
Second bedroom has Restoration Hardware Trundle Bed with pop up 2nd bed, both new mattresses.
Ensuite bathroom with tub/shower as well.
Seagrass designer flooring upstairs with tile in bathrooms.

A dream boat

This condo is a hidden gem! Could not say more about our stay! Love at first smell! The house has a inviting, crisp, smell throughout the entire house! High end comfortable furniture, functional open layout, high ceilings, plantation shutters throughout that can be opened to allow ample light or can allow you to sleep in! Not to mention the high end bedsheets that are as comfortable as a cloud!!! The kitchen is fabulous & layout was great for cooking! It is located in the most highly desired neighborhood in the greater Houston area! Easy to get on and of freeways, located within walking distance of high end shopping, dining & night life! Thank you to the owner for their prompt communication when booking this reservation! It was a pleasure to stay here & we will be staying here again when we return to Houston again soon!

Excellent location! Enjoyed our stay very much!

This townhouse is very well appointed, clean and amazing location within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and theater! Host was quick to respond and very attentive to our needs. Would highly recommend!

I am a native Houstonian and use this townhome for short stays as I now live in the West. . We love the arts and enjoy the local museums. The Houston Zoo and Hermann Park are close by as well as many Houston Parks. Memorial Park and the Arboretum are becoming one of Houstons best free attractions. We enjoy biking from our home to downtown along Buffalo Bayou. The professional sports teams are an fun attraction as well as yearly events like the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and the Art Car Parade.
We are so fortunate to also be close to one of the largest Medical Centers in the world. M.D. Anderson and the Texas Medical Center is 4 miles away

We chose this townhome for the close proximity to the best that Houston has to offer close to downtown, med center and the sports arenas as well as the green spaces that are so popular. Houston is a vibrant international city!
