House with very good performance a large living room with large bay windows opening onto a south and west terrace offering an indoor / outdoor space to enjoy the long days and sunny evenings.
The 600m2 garden at the edge of a wood is enclosed with an electric gate to access the house.
Cleaning is planned once a week as well as a person for the maintenance of the garden.
