Great location that we have stayed in many times in the past . This particular property could do with some TLC , air con inop in two of the three bedrooms, issue reported to the owner , maintenance team attended and discovered the filters completely blocked , both cleaned and placed back , air con persisted to make squealing noises which when sleeping became unbearable , ( possibly doesn’t get serviced ) garage broken upon checkin , reported , issue resolved for all of 24 hrs then again failed , unable to use the underground parking for the duration of our 16 day stay , fridge in the kitchen is broken ( freezer size / you are advised the freezer doesn’t work well in the heat , there is an error message on the display showing you it’s broken , also have had friends stay at the same property in the past and have the same view , water pressure is questionable , sinks in bathrooms and showers kept blocking ( I ended up having to buy drainage cleaners to clean them ) we were left with a fold up bed in the dining area of the house , rather unhygienic and not a pretty site to say the least , was advised a bedding change would take place during our stay ( this never happened ) we had to wash and change bedding ourselves , the villa could have been cleaned properly prior to our arrival , thick dust noticed under the beds and furniture , facilities / kitchen , we had to buy our own mop to clean the floors , the one left was broken and unserviceable , pool area in need of attention !
