Serene, romantic, relaxed family atmosphere!

Located within the Beautiful Beacons Reach community.
3 pools, tennis and pickleball courts.
A quiet family atmosphere and amazing sunsets! Walkways and decking behind the home to enjoy the unforgettable sunsets!
Townhome is near to BR's marina and pool, watch the boats go out to fish or come in at sunset.
Throw a fishing line from the point or the floating dock or walk around and enjoy nature. A couple of Kayaks and paddles are available for you to use at your own risk obviously you supply your own life vest.

All linens and starter set of paper products supplied.
Kitchen fully stocked with dishes pots, pans and utensils, anything a cook could need.
Keurig and normal coffee full carafe makers.

Beacon Reach has contracted Security and PKS patrol.

Small playground close by with basketball court.
1 and half story cathedral ceiling townhome. Master downstairs.
Not handicap accessible!!
Five steep steps into entry and exit into unit.
Beautiful sunsets, quality family time, a little peace of Heaven on Earth.

We are on the sound side the ocean is a 8/10 minute walk on Beacons Reach private, shaded paved WOP beach access J "Westport Ocean path".
Drive & park and walkout on beach access F, is 5 minutes drive from home.

Summer getaway

Lovely home and views. Quiet spot convenient to all the island has to offer! Recommend taking a day to visit Bear Island in Hammocks Beach State Park.

Family beach getaway for 10 days.

The condo is beautiful, comfortable, very clean and the amenities are plentiful. We enjoyed a short walk to the beach, the many pools, and the marina. The kayaks were fun to use out in the sound. The condo is spacious and the furniture is comfortable. We had one of our best sleeps on the master bedroom mattress. The towels were soft and smelled wonderful. The owner was veryeasy to work with and always got back to us regarding our concerns within a few minutes. Our comfort was her main priority. We highly recommend this vacation rental!

Beautiful sunset on the quiet sound side

Quiet place on the sound side with the most beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a 5 min walk on the shade. The pool is an added bonus. Sharon was so nice and helpful. Definitely recommend

Our Beach house has been in our family since 91'. We enjoy it very much. We live in Mebane NC. We live on our large farm and don't get to spend as much time as we like to in our Beach house and would like to share it with you.
