Localisation super, à une marche de la plage et tout près du centre de Palais MAIS espace extérieur passant et appartement dans un état très moyen, fenêtre cassée qui claque au vent, papier journal qui bouche un trou au plafond, meubles très abîmés.... Très décevant par rapport au prix !!!
