About this property

You have a entrance with a large staircase that will take you to the apartment or are located: sitting room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and balcony with view of the castle. In the living room you have sofa-bed for 3 guests, they are always ready to use, the sheets are put. This sitting room you can convert into a room. It is connected to the balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Y
The summer you have the BBQ and the balcony is furnished and decorated.
The balcony has an exceptional view. You can see the fireworks in August, see the commercial boats cross the river, see the big cruise ships accosted opposite so the tons of ice moving the winter.
You are not at the tourist centre of Old Quebec, but you are so ready. You are in Levis, the city across from Quebec on the other side of the St. Lawrence, the safest city in North America. It takes you 10 minutes to cross the river with a ferry to be at the touristique centre of Québec. Besides crossing the river it's so much fun and inspiring. If you decide to take the bridge, it is a 20 minute drive.
You always have 1 parking lot included in your rental. It's an outdoor parking lot in backyard.
