In Asciano's countryside, 4 km far from the village, right in the center of the lunar scenery of Crete Senesi, is located the House "Podere" The house has been recently restaured respecting the local tradition cotto floor, and wood ceiling. Nowadays it is an excellent place for relaxing vacation. Beautiful view from everywhere. Independent and quiet. In one part of the house lives the owner. There is a wonderful 360 ° panorama looking at the Crete Senesi hills with view over Siena in one side and other small villages in the other side. The place is stirs up the best emotions.

Abbiamo passato l’ultimo dell’anno in questo casale, eravamo un gruppo di 10 amici. L’alloggio è in una bella posizione, con un’ottima vista sulle Crete Senesi; è accogliente, spazioso e molto pulito. I proprietari sono stati gentili e disponibili, rispettando la nostra privacy sempre. Ci ha colpito positivamente la cura nel rispetto delle norme anti-covid, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato gli asciugamani puliti imbustati e sigillati, i vari telecomandi protetti dalla pellicola. Consigliato vivamente.

Pace nelle crete senesi

Tutto positivo. E' difficile trovare l'ordine per elencare i punti a favore di questa struttura. Per prima cosa direi la discrezione di Riccardo e sua moglie che, pur vivendo in una parte della casa, sono invisibili, ma se ti serve qualcosa sono sempre pronti ad aiutarti. Secondo punto, il rapporto qualità prezzo, veramente senza paragoni. Terzo, l'inaspettato aperitivo di congedo (e io voglio pensare ad un arrivederci piuttosto che ad un addio) servito con prodotti locali molto buoni. La piscina, rispetto alle foto presenti nel sito, è stata migliorata molto, cambiando le piastrelle che la circondano ed ampliando le zone ombra ai bordi. Ci siamo stati in 10, molto comodi. Le varie zone relax sono posizionate in modo strategico per sfruttare al meglio l'ombra. Che dire del BBQ, che Riccardo ci ha trovato in sostituzione di quello in muratura frutto di un incidente con i precedenti locatari? Una bomba!!! Siamo riusciti a produrre brace e cuocere la carne in un battibaleno. Passando agli interni, le stanze da letto (5) e i bagni (3) sono spaziose, vengono fornite le lenzuola con cambio settimanale ed il set completo per il bagno. In aggiunta sono forniti anche i teli per la piscina, anch'essi con cambio settimanale. La lavatrice non è più a gettoni, ma è libera. Nella zona living ci sono un paio di TV + TV Sat. In più ci sono tre frigoriferi, uno grosso, quello argento (nelle foto) e due mezzi frigoriferi nelle altre stanze. Con il caldo di Agosto, hai sempre le bibite fresche. La cucina è attrezzata ottimamente, trovi tutto quello che ti serve per colazione, pranzo cena e aperitivi :). Nei dintorni della casa è possibile anche fare delle passeggiate (ovviamente su sterrato) per ammirare le bellezze della crete senesi. Riassumendo un soggiorno super positivo e rilassante.
