Family Friendly, Ocean Block Townhome - Just steps to the sea!

This well maintained and updated, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhouse has accommodations for every beach go-er. 6th house back from the beach, and convenient proximity to the bay, grocery store, shops, and restaurants. Walk or ride bikes to your favorite restaurants and ice cream shops. There are no main roads between our house and the beach, which means very little traffic. Perfect for bike riding or playing outside.

This is a reverse living property with the first floor having 2 bedrooms, a junior suite, bathroom, washer/dryer, and den area. The second floor has a spacious kitchen, dining, and living room area with outdoor deck and master suite.

The house was recently updated with brand new HDTV's, high speed internet, new mattresses, and high-end roof deck furniture.

See the sunrise and sunset from the spacious roof deck and enjoy ocean views from the living area. A back yard area allows for outdoor showers and grilling & chilling - beach vacation musts. The den area is great for a play space or if a little work must be done.

This is a family-friendly unit with pack n play, highchair, baby bath, boogie boards, sand toys and more. The owners have thought of every detail to ensure that your LBI vacation is as enjoyable as possible.

Sweet 16 celebration

The house was perfect! Celebrated with my daughter and a few of her friends for her sweet 16! Had a beautiful Hibachi dinner in the back yard.

Best location, great home

We had an amazing week at this beautiful home just steps from the beach! Anna communicated well with me prior to booking and responded to all my questions. The house is stocked with beach chairs, beach badges, a wagon, and even some beach toys. There’s plenty of throw blankets and a few quilts, some previously left condiments, board games, and the house was clean. The air conditioning works very well and the balconies are lovely for hanging out! With just a few houses to the beach and the quiet of this neighborhood it’s a wonderful house for families! Thank you Anna for such a memorable stay at your home!

Wonderful

The house is very nice, and they have a lot of beach chairs and beach toys for the kids. The location is fantastic, about 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Located on ocean block so nice and quiet. Loved the rooftop deck, and our neighbors for the week. Communication with management company was good. Had no issues at all. Definitely recommend. Thank you owners for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Perfect Family Beach Getaway

What a great house for a young family on the beach! We came to LBI for a week to attend a family wedding. We were lucky enough to rent Anna and Tom's home for the week. My parents, my husband, myself, our two small children and my sister and cousin stayed in the house. The home is perfect for a family. The house is welcoming, spotless and so functional. We all had more than enough room to spend time together and apart (which if you have small children you know how important that can be). Half a block away from the beach made it so easy to spend the day and still bounce back and forth with small babies. Anna and Tom have thought of every detail to make their home a great rental. Beach decor, baby equipment, tons of beach toys and bikes - you name it they have it. Anna was also so responsive and accommodating from booking to even after our stay when we left some items behind (mom brain!) It is such a great home and Anna and Tom are so lovely to share it. I highly recommend renting this home and we cannot wait to stay here again.
