Le Chateaubriand is a cozy little nest with a breathtaking view over Dinard Bay. Under the roof, on the 4th floor, you'll feel like you're on a boat, or in the apartment of a famous writer!
In the heart of the Cité Corsaire, it's nestled above the ramparts and overlooks Bon Secours beach. Venture into the history-filled old town in just a few steps from this veritable cocoon, where navy decor and the warmth of wood come together.
From the high double bed, you can gaze out over the sea, with a magnificent view of the Malouin bay and the Emerald Coast. Petit and Grand Bé, Cézembre Island, Dinard and Cap Frehel will not escape your gaze. The sunsets will enchant you!
The studio comprises a living room with double exposure and sea view, and a shower room with toilet. It is equipped with free Wifi internet access, television, microwave oven, mini oven, hob, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, hi-fi system and a very good sound system.

The bed is made up on arrival, and towels are provided and included in the rental price, as is cleaning at the end of your stay.

The beach of Bon secours, Porte St Pierre, with its seawater swimming pool and sailing club on the beach, and at low tide you can go to the island of Grand bé where the tomb of Chateaubriand is located.

Food: Rue de l'Orme, also known as Rue Gourmande, is a great place to buy local produce:
Butters and cheeses from chez Bordier, Babas from Saint-Malo, seasonal fruit and vegetables from Les 4 saisons, fresh fish from the Guinemer fishmonger, as well as numerous restaurants, such as Breizh café, Cambusier, or down the street l'Absinthe. Two supermarkets on rue St Vincent and rue de Dinan.
Restaurants and cafés:
On the Place Chateaubriand, you can enjoy fine seafood at Café de l'Ouest, the best burgers at Lion d'Or, a Sunday lunch at Maison Générale for the pleasure of your taste buds and eyes (reservations recommended), and discover the friendly Cargo Culte restaurant in a friendly atmosphere, with home cooking on the menu, tarts, salads, tartines, soups, in a brocante decor. The passenger cooks original, playful dishes on lava stone.
In the evenings, you can choose between a Celtic atmosphere at St Patrick's or a cosy one at L'Univers, while beer lovers will be seduced by Aviso's 500 beers! For lovers of cocktails and rum in a nautical atmosphere, you can toast to Trinquette on the harbor along the Bassin Vauban.

Visits : The city museum in one of the city's dungeons, with panoramic views of Saint Malo, the Cathedral, the tour of the ramparts, guided tours available from the tourist office at Porte St Vincent at the foot of the ramparts outside, or with the little train for a commented historical tour of the city.

Transportation: Buses and coaches leave from Place St Vincent to all parts of Saint-Malo, as well as to Dinard, Cancale, Dinan and Mont Saint Michel.
