Catherine`s Tropical Paradise | 3 Bed, 2 Bath

Tropical Island living on a deep water canal, just a few homes in from the open ocean. This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home offers great dockage and all the extras you`ll need to enjoy your vacation in the keys. The Master Suite offers a separate entrance for some extra privacy from the main house. This pet-friendly home also features a grill and fish cleaning table with ample parking available.

Location, location, location… The direct access to the water is ideal for fishing, trips to the sandbar, and even great for evening boat rides to several local restaurants to choose from where you can dock and dine! There are also great restaurants all over the island. Of course, being the Florida Keys, most of them are famous for their seafood and some for their waterfront and sunset views.

Marathon is centrally located in the heart of the Florida Keys, it is an ideal location for a Florida Keys vacation. This Central location makes it easy to explore the other Islands in the Keys. Take a day trip to Key West, mini-golf at Boondocks Grille and Draft House on the way back to Marathon, and end the day watching the Sunset at Sunset Grille right by the iconic 7-mile bridge.

There is just so much to do and sea in the Florida Keys, once you arrive to Catherine's Tropical Paradise it will be difficult to leave!

Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property.
Also, note that although this home is considered “Pet Friendly” you are required to select this option when booking your reservation. You will be required to pay a one-time $100 pet fee that is non-refundable. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in a forfeiture of your security deposit.

Awesome

The open floor plan is the greatest. Grandpa and grandma stayed in the bedroom on one side of the house and the kids were on the other. It worked out perfect! The canal was very deep for our boat and very close to great fishing. We will be back!

Great location

Absolutely perfect location! Just minutes to the ocean! Boaters and Fishermans paradise! Way too hot in July to use the hot tub though. A pool would have been icing on the cake!

Great house.

Great location and house. Very clean and stocked. Only issue we had was one of the bedrooms had a mini split a/c unit and was not able to keep that room cool enough for us.

What makes this property unique

100% remodeled in 2017 updated to a gray and white color scheme - all rooms have new furniture, the kitchen is also brand new. The kitchen cabinets are now white, appliances are stainless steel and there are three new 4K TVs. Both bathrooms were enlarged during the process. Enjoy the ocean view, this property is located 300 foot from the Atlantic. The ocean side canal house is blessed with calm waters due to inshore and off-shore reefs. You can fish from the dock or bring a boat and enjoy some of the greatest fishing and snorkeling in the Florida Keys.
