The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you a beautifully restored 65 m² apartment on the 3rd and last floor without elevator, under the roofs, with a magnificent view over Saint-Malo Intra-Muros and the roofs of St Servan.

The apartment comprises:
- A main room with fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, living room.
- Shower room, separate toilet.
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (160cm) with a magnificent bathroom opening onto the bedroom, which can be separated by a curtain.
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds that can form a 160cm double bed if placed close together.

The apartment is very well equipped, dishwasher, washing machine dryer, senseo coffee maker, kettle, TV, wifi....

Neighborhood:

Just a 15-minute walk along the seafront or the shopping street will take you to the inner city. There's a market on Place St Servan, 200 m away, on Tuesdays and Fridays. A small oyster market is open every Sunday on Place Bouvet (place du théâtre). 2 mini-markets open 7 days a week, less than 100 m away on foot.
St Servan is known for its large shopping street, the solidor tower, the Cité d'Aleth, cradle of Saint-Malo.
Beaches and walks :
Protected from the wind and bathed in sunshine, Saint-Servan's beaches and charming coves are ideal for families. On the bas-Sablons beach, just below the apartment, you can enjoy lunch or a drink at the "Bac'O Sablons" while your children play on the sand below.
Opposite the apartment, you can enjoy the Bel Air park and its children's playgrounds. We also recommend a stroll along the Corniche d'Aleth, the birthplace of Saint-Malo with its Gallo-Roman remains and the ruins of its neo-Romanesque cathedral, or a little further afield, a visit to the Parc de la Briantais, which also offers a breathtaking view of the Rance estuary.

Transport:
10 meters from free public parking.
A 15-minute walk from the inner city.
Several bus lines serve Saint-Servan: line 1 (intra-muros/la gare/centre commercial de La Madeleine), line 8 (Intra-Muros/ Quelmer et ses balades des bords de Rance), and line 3 enables you to reach the other seaside districts of plage du sillon, Paramé and Courtoiville, etc.
You can opt for a bicycle (local à vélo) or take the car; free public parking is available downstairs from the apartment.

Les communs de l'immeuble mériteraient un rafraichissement, mais pas d'inquiétude, l'appartement lui est rénové avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipé. Fonctionnel, nous avons logé à 6 sans problème (avec 2 personnes dans le canapé-lit). Quartier calme, proche de la plage des Sablons et à environ 20 min à pied (avec jeunes enfants) de Saint-malo intra muros. Bref, un bon pied à terre pour découvrir plein de choses sans prendre la voiture, et avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix.
