Bruyant et peu reposant

N'ayant pas eu de location pour "les terrasses", nous avons été relogés à "la source" quasiment en face des "terrasses". Le standing est inférieur. Le logement, en RDC, était sombre, humide, le sol était collant et une odeur de "renfermé" est restée, tenace, plus d'1 semaine. Beaucoup de choses cassées ex : les poubelles, la porte du garage...Le pire : le bruit!!!! Situé juste à l'entrée de Lamalou, c'est infernal, surtout le passage continu des "motos" 50/125 cm3, les passants qui discutent, hurlent même tard le soir. Le côté positif : le gestionnaire. Nous l'avons aperçu 5' sur tout le séjour, très souriant, sympathique, il ne demande rien : pas de caution, pas de chèque nettoyage, rien! Mais il n'y a pas d'accueil, les clés sont sur la table, tout est ouvert. Pour le départ, idem. Nous n'avons vu personne. C'est dommage car la résidence a du potentiel qui n'est pas (plus?) exploité.
