About this property

Ideal house for the Avignon Festival, for a family holiday and to enjoy Avignon and its surroundings. Our house is a part of Mas renovated with a pleasant natural freshness for the summer. Villa on 2 levels with 2 large bright bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom with large walk-in shower. On the ground floor large living room of almost 50m2 with kitchen open to living room. A convertible sofa bed is available. Garden with outdoor lounge.
The house is located in a residence secured by an electric gate. Possibility to park the car in front of the house gate. Facing south, the house is shaded by 2 large plane trees. You will be 500 meters from the shops (mini-market, pharmacy, post office ...) The little extra; a beautiful wooded park is 2 steps from the house, ideal for walking with children or jogging. We leave at your disposal 2 bikes to get you to Avignon city center in 10min
