- Separate living room that can be used as a 3rd bedroom thanks to the 140 convertible sofa on which a mattress topper can be added to guarantee your comfort. Flat screen TV (freebox with dvd player, hdmi port, usb)
- Dining room with an extendable table that can seat 10 people
- Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 4-burner gas-electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, all the dishes necessary to prepare your meals, basic condiments, tea towels, soap, dishwashing liquid)
- Separate toilet / WC
On the 2nd floor (accessible via a secure staircase above and below for children):

- Laundry area with washing machine / dryer, iron and ironing board

Villa Yvonette is a beautiful, colorful mersoise, in the heart of the historic and seaside district of Mers les Bains. You can park your car in front and enjoy all the amenities on foot. You are 30 meters from the beach, 50 meters from mini golf, skate park, ping pong tables and children's playground, 5 minutes from the cinema, the equestrian center and the aquatic center (swimming pool with outdoor slide, sauna, hammam ...).
All local shops are within walking distance (bakery, butcher, grocery store, bank, press, ...).
The sailing school (sailing, paddle, kayak ...) is at the corner of the street as well as the tourist office. Supermarkets (Auchan, Intermarché, Leclerc) are 5 minutes by car and therefore accessible by bicycle.
Stroll around the neighborhood to admire the Belle Epoque villas, each one more colorful than the last, enjoy a swim in the sea, have a drink on the beach, eat in one of the restaurants by the sea, stroll on the cliffs. Nearby enjoy the Tréport (its port, its town center, its cliff accessible via the free funicular), visit the royal town of Eu, stroll in the Bois de Cise ...
Mers-Les-Bains, on the border between Normandy and Hauts de France, is ideally located for exploring the many beaches on the side, the Somme bay ... Labeled Green Station and Seaside Resort and Tourism, the city offers many activities and entertainment.
Each year, the 4th weekend of July, Mers-Les-Bains is transformed to revive the "Belle Epoque" spirit as part of the bathers' festival. Next edition on July 21 and 22, 2018 not to be missed!
Mers les Bains is around 2:15. from Paris. The city is accessible via Rouen, Beauvais, Amiens or Abbeville. For non-transported people, Mers Le Tréport train station is less than 10 minutes away on foot.
