Jolie maison mais gros problème pour remise des clés

Très jolie maison, mais très gros problème avec l'agence immobilière chargée de la remise des clés : agressivité au téléphone lors de demande de formalités d'arrivée , harcèlement téléphonique et présentiel pour connaitre l'heure de départ alors que totalement absent pour la récupération des clés.
