The house is located in the quiet village of Rivedoux. The spa is south facing and can accommodate 6 people. The beach is 300 meters away. You will find all the shops and market 300 meters in the opposite direction.

Housing

The advantage of this house is its sunshine, the south-facing position of the spa and its proximity to the beach on one side and the proximity of all shops on the other side at around 300 / 400meters.
In the center of the courtyard there is a tree, mulberry plane, which allows a nice shade to be able to have lunch outside, with outdoor table and deckchairs.

We live 5kms from this house. There is always someone available to answer any questions or problems.

The Ile de Ré is particularly well equipped with cycle paths (100 km) and you can cover almost everything without taking very little or the roads reserved for cars. There are bicycle hire companies in each village.

The displayed nightly rate, € 185, is the low season rate.
In high season and very high season the price drops from € 250 to € 343 per night.

We rent in high season (July 15 to August 15) for 6 nights minimum. The spa and bed linen are included. For short stays, below 6 nights, sheets and towels are not provided (can be rented € 20 per game) and the commissioning of the spa is € 40 uros for the stay.
