Beautiful renovated house type loft in the heart of Ars-en-Ré
In the heart of the village of Ars, recently renovated loft type house.
Close to shops and village life but very quiet because the house is located at the end of a dead end. The neighborhood and the neighborhood are lovely.
Two courses including with outdoor shower.
Two bedrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms upstairs. Views of the Bell Steeple from the rooms on the first floor. One of the bedrooms on the ground floor can be fitted with a 160 cm bed or two 80 cm beds.
One of the bedrooms is independent and overlooks the main courtyard. This studio-room has a bathroom for the disabled.
A bathroom and a toilet per room. High quality bedding.
The house can be rented without the studio and therefore with three bedrooms instead of four. In this case, make a tariff request.
