Very sunny South facing studio overlooking the beach, the sea and the marina

Located on the Catalan coast, and more precisely in Port Barcarès, the apartment is located close to the beach and two pools.
A few steps away, you will discover a traditional fishing village in front of which professionals unload their trawlers fish that have been freshly caught in order to sell them at auction.
Along these typical ports and under a bright sun shines the blue of the limpid Mediterranean Sea where you can swim, but also rest in peace.
The lakes nearby and the nautical base are very close.
Housing, meanwhile, is part of a small residence that has only one floor which is a guarantee of tranquility.
The studio has a terrace which is adjacent to it and which is abundantly sunny, because it is exposed full south.
The view of the terrace is beautiful (180 °), because it allows to have a view of the sea, the marinas, the Corbières massif and slightly on the Pyrenees mountain range.
The accommodation is equipped with electric shutters.
The accommodation consists of a main room and a kitchenette where is installed a washing machine, a kitchenette equipped with a fridge / freezer ****, a hob with two fireplaces, a microwaves, coffeemakers, cookware, crockery, cutlery and other utensils.
The configuration of the main room allows you to also install two large dressers and a new Rapido convertible sofa that is, when unfolded, a real bed with quality bedding.
Indeed, the name Rapido is a registered designation that has become a generic term for convertible sofas with easy and quick opening.
A Rapido convertible is a real sofa with armrests, seat cushions, back cushions and a box.
A Rapido is also a comfort sofa that can be unfolded quickly and easily without any effort to convert it into a traditional bed.
The seat and back cushions unfold together with the mattress, but also the mattress and they then slide automatically under them.
The main room turns into a real bedroom with a classic bed!
Do not mix up! Rapido sofa and convertible sofa.
In a Rapido sofa, the seat is independent of the mattress.
In a convertible bench (type BZ bench or Convertible Clic-clac), the seat is composed of the folded mattress.

The beach is a hundred meters from the house and you can get there without crossing any road, because there is direct access to the sea through the beautiful patio in which are installed racks on the ground and wall to store bicycles.
A private and numbered parking space is at the exclusive disposal of the person renting the studio.
