Totally renovated in a design architectural style, this holidays home can welcome five or six people in an optimal comfort. Arranged on two levels, you have two bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom, as well as an ideal bedroom for children on the ground floor with its own shower room. All this guarantees independence and privacy. The lounge, very cosy, welcomes you for warm family moments. The open great kitchen, fully equipped and having a beautiful work plan, will delight the budding cooks. The house is located at the end of a dead end, you can enjoy the patio and the garden lounge. Deckchairs, a plancha and even a jacuzzi (optional) are at your disposal for your relaxation moments. This house is located 300 meters from Les Dunes beach, the wildest of the resort, known for its surf spot, is accessible walking. You will find two famous surf schools, ideal for initiation and improvement. Want to be served ? A bar and two restaurants are a few steps away from the house. The guarantee of successful holidays ! Little extra for this house, the Wi-Fi is included in the services.

Near Les Sables d’Olonne, city of Vendée Globe, and of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, famous nautical resort, Brétignolles-sur-Mer is ideally situated. You will appreciate the quality of life of this small village of Vendean coast which account four supervised beaches. The wild coast and the protected dunes offer a breathtaking view all the year and different panoramas in every season. Une superbe maison - au calme, mais près de tout...
Maison avec des touches modernes, volets automatiques trés sécurisants si vous avez des enfants, tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine, appareils électroménagers en parfait état de marche, et le jardin et le jacuzzi en plus. En moins de 5 minutes à pied, la belle plage des Dunes. Une voiture est recommandée pour aller au centre-ville de Brétignolles mais on peut se rendre facilement en marchant au petit village de Brem sur Mer. Un très bon rapport avant, pendant et après avec Hoomy. Nous avons hate de revenir. Le volet principal au rez-de-chaussée s'est bloqué au 2eme jour de notre séjour et n'a malheureusement pas pu etre reparé avant notre départ. Par contre, un geste commercial a été fait en dedommagement, donc merci! Sinon donc ne changez rien!

"Très belle location et bon accueil lorsque j'ai quitté la location, il n'y a pas eu un état des lieux, j'ai simplement indiqué que nous avons eu une coupure d'eau chaude le dimanche et que ma fille s'était rendu compte que le compteur avait sauté.... et que je n'avais pas utilisé tous les draps loués du fait que ma belle fille qui devait accouché plus tard venait de rentrer à la clinique pour accoucher et donc n'était pas venue appel tel.. de la concierge m'indiquant qu'elle avait trouvé des miettes de pain dans la chambre du 1er étage (prise de photos ?) et j'ai attendu le retour de mon chèque de caution 6 semaines plus tard avec 5 appels tel..relances de ma part"

"Très satisfaite de notre location à Bretignolles sur Mer (intérieur comme extérieur tout à fait conforme au descriptif). La personne qui nous a reÁu à notre arrivée et à notre départ était d'une grande gentillesse. Toutefois je me permets de faire une remarque concernant une des chambres équipée d'un vélux qui laisse passer la lumière dès 6 heures 30 le matin. Je pense que la pose d'un store occultant s'impose.
