In the center a kitchen of 25 m² fully furnished, above which extends the mezzanine. The kitchen opens onto two terraces, a small at the back of the house and a large facade, facing south but well protected by an arbor covered with wisteria.
On the side a part "rooms", with on the ground floor three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet. On the attic floor, a dormitory attic with eight beds, a toilet and a room for three people.
Many outdoor activities are available, including a salt pool of 6 x 12 m, secure, a bowling green, a portico, a ping-pong table and a trampoline.
Two ponds (fenced) have been conserved for their ecological importance. The road and the cars are far from the places of life. The house is almost without waves: there is no antenna nearby, no near high voltage line, no internet, no Wifi, no bluetooth. It's a perfect place to "disconnect," even though a cyber café is nearby to help manage emergencies.
