About this property

Come Relax at our Water Front Property on Lake Placid.

Our home is simple but a fun place to be with waterfront on Lake Placid.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a full. Both bathrooms have a shower/tub combination.

The living room has a sectional sofa with ottoman, large round chair, and a futon for extra room to "camp out" in front of the TV. There is a DVD player and a rack with movies.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove/ oven, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, and plates, silverware, etc. There is also a washer and dryer.

The outside features two sides of porch. The back porch faces the water where there are two double seats, a chair, and a single person swing. For dining outside , there are several choices for seating and there is a grill located by the larger table and chairs.

The dock is also great for fishing (must have a license). The water level is down compared to normal but still able to do water activities like paddle boards. There are life vest in various sizes. We are not responsible for anything that happens in the water.

By the water is a hammock to just lay back and relax. There is also a pavilion there so your group can sit back while watching the others in the water. There are four chairs with a table and four more close by.

We have a volleyball net and some toys for kids that you are welcome to use.

If you are interested in having a small group there during the day, please let us know. We have no objection to small gatherings, but must be courteous to the neighbors.

We do allow pets. We do not have the fee listed when you rent because we do not want to charge those who do not have a pet. The fee is $70.

FYI Please keep in mind that you will get some exercise due to an incline between the water and house.

Great spot
Very nice place.. peaceful and quiet.. but be prepared for the hill to the river... not bad going down but it's a doozy coming back up.. elderly ppl would have a hard time. But great overall 👍👍👍

PROPERTY JUST AS PICS ONLINE. WISH THE BEDS HAD BEEN KING SIZE. RAILROAD RIGHT BY ENTRANCE BUT IT NEVER DISTURBED US. ONLY REAL NEGATIVE - STAIRS FROM DECK DOWN TO WATER NEEDED - THE LADDER WAS A LITTLE DIFFICULT TO MANAGE. A PERFECT WEEK WOULD HAVE BEEN IF THE RIVER WERE FULLER, BUT THAT OF COURSE WAS NO FAULT OF PROPERTY OWNER...WOULD RETURN WITHOUT QUESTION. VERY QUIET, RELAXING AND COMFORTABLE VACA WEEK. EVERYTHING WE NEEDED WAS PROVIDED. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT TIME!

Quiet place on the river
We had a lovely stay. The home was clean inside and as described. The river level was down, but we were able to climb down the swimming ladder and enjoy time on and in the water. There was a nice breeze and a lot of trees to help tackle the summer heat. The nearby RR and gypsum plant did not affect our stay one bit. Very quiet neighborhood. Perfect place to relax whether on the river or on the spacious, comfortable deck.
