Beautiful urban condo walking distance from the Riverwalk, Convention Center and all the downtown area attractions. We are 2 blocks from the Alamodome, a quick 6 minute uber ride to AT&T Center. Guests love that they can park their car and be able to walk to everything downtown San Antonio has to offer. We are located in the historic St. Paul Square district, with some delicious restaurants to choose from. We're a 10 min drive to the Pearl District with lots of restaurants and coffee shops and farmer's market on the weekends. We have completely remodeled this beautiful Historic Building from the late 1800's. A Beautiful exterior balcony to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening with amazing views of the downtown skyline. Book with us, you won't regret it!

Urban condo in a great location!! 5 min walk to the convention center, downtown and Riverwalk close to lots of restaurants. 10 min drive to the Pearl and Market Square. Everything is brand new in this beautiful Historic Building. Close to so many area attractions. Great place to stay if going to a convention as it's a 5 min walk. My husband and I bought this beautiful historic building in 2013. While it was quite a challenge to restore as it had been vacant for over 40 years, it was well worth the effort. We are happy that we can share this beautiful place with others. We live in Corpus Christi, Texas. Parents to 4 adult children, ages 20-33. We have 3 beautiful granddaughters that we love spoiling. We love our family time, traveling and exploring new things.

This is a beautiful historic building in the heart of San Antonio. Completely renovated from the inside with a very cool urban feel. Walking distance from the Riverwalk, Convention Center, Alamo, and lots of nearby restaurants.

What makes this property unique

You can park and not have to worry about driving if you've come to explore the downtown attractions. However, if you do want to drive you are 2 minutes from the
expressway. Easy on and off access. We're located in the Historic St. Paul Square District, which also has a neat vibe and restaurants to choose from.
