You'll be only half a mile from the Russell-Fields Pier (a prime spot for fishing for flounder, king mackerel, and red fish) and the endless shopping, dining, and entertainment opportunities at Pier Park. You can also hop in the car for a quick and easy drive to Gulf World, Sharky's Beachfront, Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, or Powell Lake in Camp Helen State Park.
THINGS TO KNOW
Beginning on September 6th, 2023, the Sterling Breeze Homeowners Association will be starting a major elevator replacement project. During this time, there will only be one elevator operating on the property. There will be longer than usual waiting times during high occupancy.
Guests must pay an additional $50 registration fee.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
