About this property

If your idea of a vacation is lounging with a cup of coffee and a good book, making dinner and watching the stars, or sleeping in, we've got you covered. This cozy, but very well-laid-out cabin was built in 1973. We gutted it and remodeled it in 2018 with entirely new flooring, bathroom and kitchen. And we decorated it with the best of the past, mixed in with all the comforts and tech of today. There are 2 covered decks - a small one on the front, and larger deck on the back (the main entrance). The cabin has 2 levels--the main living space/kitchen/desk/bathroom is on the first floor, and the second-floor loft includes 2 bedroom areas separated by a curtain for privacy: 1 king and 2 queen bunk beds (sturdy pine suitable for kids and adults alike)

Charming little home

Charming little home for a quiet and peaceful getaway. Kitchen is small but not lacking in anything. It had everything we needed to cook. We had a problem on arrival but the owner was easy to get a hold of, and remedied it right away. Loved sitting out by the fire pit at night.

Fun, groovy place to stay!

Really enjoyed staying here! If you are a little mature in age or have knee issues, the stairs are a little difficult. They have put really nice hand rails to help you up and down the steep stairs. They have a portable AC upstairs but not downstairs. We were gone most of the time during the days so it wasn’t a big deal. It was also really hot but I hear it usually is as hot as it was when we stayed. Having saying these 2 minor things, and they were minor, we really enjoyed our stay. They beds were comfy. It was comfortable temperature upstairs at night. Fun decor. I enjoyed looking at all the fun stuff. Oh one more thing, I couldn’t find silverware anywhere, so bring your own. But they do have a coffee maker, dishes , pots and pans and looks like everything else you would need for the kitchen. They also provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which was a nice touch. Nice fire pit out back but unable to use it due to fire restrictions. Easy instructions on how to get in. We really enjoyed our groovy stay!
