Previously, only to available to TVA Employees. Clean!! 4 private rooms that share bathroom and Common area. Our full size laundry is yours to use. Brand new Pizza oven and Full size Range with Oven recently added.
All necessities included. Hi speed (WIFI) internet TV in every room, heat/air, Big parking area with circle drive for boats and trailers. Nice BBQ and Social area.
Beautiful & quiet location 5 miles from the Watts Bar Lake, 4 miles from the Mountain View Race track and 22 minutes from Chickamauga Launch. Secluded on a long private drive.

Watts Bar Fishing Tourney
We stayed for a week with 2 fishing teams. Checking in was easy, Matt was accommodating and friendly, parking was perfect for 2 bass boats, quiet place to relax after being on the water all day, house was exactly as advertised and clean.

Great stay in Spring City!
We loved our stay here! The surrounding property is beautiful and relaxing. Accommodations are clean, the beds comfortable and the AC kicks! Great value for the money. The best part about our stay was how welcoming and friendly the host is. He made every effort for us to have the best experience, whether that be by giving us our privacy, or sitting around at the end of the day having a few drinks! We felt genuinely like we belonged. A wonderful time!

Quiet!
We were in town for a fishing tournament. Location was only 10 minutes from the ramp and plenty of parking for us. Homeowner is close by and checked in periodically to be sure we had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked, bed was comfortable and the a/c was cold. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great family accomodations
The Maggy Lane guesthouse was perfect for my family. With four bedrooms, each with TV and internet, it was a great place for my husband and I to meet up with our grown children. It is close to my parents, so we had a great visit with them but were able to return to the guesthouse at night and spread out. We especially enjoyed the firepit. It was perfect.

Why they chose this property

We grew tired of the hustle and bustle of the big city and took a leap of faith for our 3 sons and bought a small hobby farm with the most beautiful home we could dream of. My wife and both are hardworking professionals and maintain our own 17 acre farm. Our home, family and friends are where our heart resides here in our small town.

What makes this property unique

We have been renting to TVA only professional men and women since we moved here and it has been such a wonderful experience as we have made lifelong friends with so many of them. We commonly have cook-outs and drinks with them and stay in close touch as they come back year to year.
