Wonderful stay

My husband and I stayed the month of March at Elaine’s condo. It was very clean and well stocked. She text a couple times to check in or answer questions. Oceanwalk was a lovely community with friendly people. We would stay again if the opportunity arose.

Beautifully decorated condo with 5-minute walk to the beach!

This property is beautiful...the pictures on the VRBO listing are 100% accurate. The furniture and beds are very comfortable, great kitchen and dining room. You can also use the gas grills located at the 2 pool areas. The balcony is screened in with a very relaxing view of the nature trail walkway. 5-minute walk utilizing the private walkway gets you to the beautiful beach. This part of the beach is very relaxing as no vehicles are permitted. However, just 5-minute drive north and you can take your vehicle onto the beach and park where several restaurants are located. Driving in light traffic where the condo, some shops and restaurants is very easy. Don't miss out on visiting JBs Fish Camp just south of the condo where you will likely see dolphins hanging by their docks! Lastly, Elaine was a great host with communication via texting. Any questions were answered very quickly! Sheila and I thank you Elaine!!

Relaxing Winter Respite

This is a very nice, beautifully decorated, condo which is just a short walk from the beach. The view from the screened in porch is akin to looking into a tropical rain forest...quiet, relaxing, and quite lovely. Everything described in the condo's listing is accurate. We were pleasantly surprised to find this condo is even nicer than the pictures indicated. We had a wonderful two weeks, thoroughly enjoyed the area, and would recommend this condo (without reservation) to anyone looking for lodging in the New Smyrna Beach area.

I grew up in central Florida, so living part-time at NSB has enabled us to stay connected to lifetime friends and family while enjoying the beauty of the western North Carolina mountains during the hot hurricane months. A blessed life!

What makes this property unique

Ocean walk is on the quiet side of the car-free beach. Just 500 steps from your door to the ocean. We are only 3.5 miles from the pristine national seashore park and the intracoastal waterways. This is still a small quaint beach town compared to much of Florida.
