Nice surrounding

The apartment is at a very nice location. The person who took care of the apartment was on time and very nice. The apartment however was not the best we have been in the Pyrenees, with some specifications on the webpage not exactly fitting the reality of the property. But I guess for the price is more or less ok, especially if you want to spend most time outdoors.

A NE SURTOUT PAS LOUER

Appartement très très sale !!! Toile d'araignée partout, moisissures dans le frigo et je ne vous parle même pas de l'odeur, poussière partout dans l'appartement, une odeur de cigarettes très désagréable quand on ne fume pas. La table de la cuisine collante et les draps pas très net du tout et dans la chambre enfant les couvertures tachés de chocolat !!!! Nous avons du écourter notre séjour car nous ne pouvions pas rester dans un appartement aussi sale !!!!

erreur sur le casting

sale( toiles d'araignées, matelas enfant et edredon sentant le pipi, moutons sous les matelas ) volet roulant cassé, situé au bord de la nationale donc bruyant un minimum de respect pour les locataires qui paient serait bienvenu; par ailleurs cher : la semaine de location à luchon c'est plutot 300 euros en moyenne!!!

On nous facture des frais de ménage à 60 euros alors que c'est nous qui devons faire le ménage ??? Pas de wifi alors que spécifié dans l'annonce ?? En résumé l'annonce ne correspond pas à la réalité !!! TRES MECONTENT

Un petit cocon très sympa. A proximité de tout. On n'a pas pu profiter de la piscine chauffée, mais c'est pas grave. On reviendra ça c'est sûr.

Photo sur la vue de la terrasse fausse. Vue sur parking.

La position par rapport au centre de luchon et aux commerces est bonne. La vue de l'appartement n'était pas celle annoncée, elle donnait sur le parking , séparée par une haie. La piscine du centre pas en état de marche. La propriétaire ne nous a pas avertis. Le ménage n'était pas correcte, obligés de nettoyer à notre arrivée. Éclairage de la salle de bain difficile à faire fonctionner. Une ampoule du séjour ne fonctionne pas. Canalisations du lavabo en partie bouchée. La gestionnaire nous indique la possibilité de se baigner dans l'autre centre Lagrange à proximité, seulement comme nous louons avec une propriétaire nous n'y avons pas accès. Piscine de luchon en travaux donc 1er piscine à proximité 25 min de route à st Beat.

Estancia en Bagneres de Luchon

El alojamiento nos decepcionó en primer lugar porque por poco nos dejan tirados a nuestra llegada.Llevamos una niña pequeña que se marea y tuvimos que hacer varias paradas por el camino, por lo que llegamos dos horas más tarde de lo previsto.Nos dijeron que si la persona que tenía que abrirnos podía venir,bien y que sino ya tendríamos que esperar a la mañana siguiente.Nos decepcionó esa respuesta.Por suerte la persona que tenía que abrirnos pudo venir, y nos trató amablemente. El anuncio indica piscina, que ha estado cerrada toda la estancia (una semana entera de finales de Julio) y la limpieza del apartamento tampoco nos ha gustado.Mesa pegajosa, olor a tabaco en sábanas (camas por hacer), pelos de animal en el sofá y en rincones de la casa.Lo notificamos y notificamos alguna cosa que no funcionaba del apartamento,pero no nos respondieron.El entorno, precioso, nos ha salvado nuestra estancia.

Good accommodation on the outskirts of Luchon. Very comfortable and well equipped. Ideal to spend a few days and get to know the area. Elisabeth was very kind and helpful. I recommend!

Appartement sympathique , juste que dans l'annonce il est indiqué 3 Chambre alors qu'il n'y en a que 2 car la troisième est situer dans la pièce principale ( Cuisine ) ce qui peut déranger certain locataires . Sinon très bien . Encore merci

Trop petit et au nord

L appartement est moyennement propre la vmc par exemple est couverte de poussière Le linge fourni moyen il y avait une taie d oreiller qui sentait le tabac Pas de couvercle sur la poubelle Orientation nord donc très sombre Le soleil est sur la terrasse que vers 18h et la table de salon de jardin est beaucoup trop petite on peut se mettre qu à 2 Pas de four pas de machine à laver Bonne literie Appartement bien placé

Logement correct

Logement ok pour 4, mais à 6 cela semble trop juste . Propreté à revoir. Frigo pas nettoyé, et sols poussiéreux . Les draps sont fournis mais avons du les aérer avant de les installer. Des aléses et prothèses coussins jetables pourraient être fournis? Bon emplacement et proche commerce et centre ville.
