Welcome to Maree by the Sea.This coastal chic beach-view home is located in desirable Pirates Beach subdivision.

Enjoy never ending beach views from both master bedrooms, and wall to wall windows in the open kitchen, living, dining area! This home has a deck on both sides with amazing views: a main large partially covered deck , and an additional covered deck off the living room perfect for evening cocktails or an outdoor dinner. The beach is just steps away for family fun. Downstairs there is a large, covered, concreted area great for grilling, setting up games, or just getting the whole family together.

Please note this house is NOT pet friendly.

Ground Level: Parking for 4 vehicles; No Full Garage Access; Small Storage Room Accessible; Outdoor Shower with Hot and Cold; Charcoal Grill.

Main Level: Open kitchen, living, dining room with large farm house style table and additional bar-top seating; Large flat screen Smart TV with access to YouTube TV; and apps such as Netflix, Hulu. (must use your own sign in).| Bedroom 1 with a King bed, beach views, TV, and direct access to hall bathroom; Bedroom 2 with two sets of Twin size Bunk Beds; Hall Bathroom with large tiled walk in shower only;| Bedroom 3 with a Queen bed; Bedroom 4 with a King bed, beach views, TV, and direct access to hall bathroom; Second Hall bathroom with large tiled walk in shower only.

Absolutely perfect

We fell in love! House was big enough for teens, younger kids and adults to spread out and relax. Steps from the beach. Absolutely perfect in every way. Already planning our return visit 😀

Great time had by the entire family!

We enjoyed it here a lot, was not to far from the main drag but far enough away where we felt secluded and like we had the beach to ourselves. 10/10. Only downside was I would say was we couldn’t sweep up each day of I try and limit any crumbs or issues from having a toddler with us.
