About this property

This a brand new contemporary home with construction completed in 2019. It consists of two homes- the Primary home is almost 2000 sq ft with private patio decks off of each bedroom plus a bonus 3rd story with additional beds.
The second house is 1000 sq ft, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has its own kitchen and living areas. In between the two homes is a swimming pool area for relaxing. It is less than 20 yards to townlake trail which goes through Festival Beach park and town lake itself. All the major nightlife of Rainey St is less than a mile away, as is 6th street and all of the excitement of downtown.
If the front of the property looks familiar, its because this house has been used in VRBO's advertisement campaigns

Great place to stay

Great place

I highly recommend this rental! It is not only a great location but also is set up perfect for a large group. I really liked that if there were any leftover items that they would be donated or alcohol given to the neighbors ! I always worry about wasting on trips like this but it made me feel much better that any extras would be used in some way! This property has anything you think you might need on a trip. I will say bring extra bug spray the backyard gets a little buggy. Again this is a great place!

Perfect for us

Gathered in Austin to celebrate a college graduation. We were 10 people spread across 3 generations. The houses were perfect for us. Lots of choices for sleeping configurations, lovely finishes, enough bathrooms. The pool was an added bonus. Enough room to spread out or gather together as we needed. Highly recommend.
