Très bien situé

Logement très bien situé, en bas de villa. Très bonne situation, tout est accessible à pieds (plage, commerces, restaurants, ...) en moins de 5 minutes. Petite terrasse agréable, bien que jamais ensoleillée. Très bonne réactivité de la propriétaire pour pallier aux problèmes techniques.
