PENTHOUSE BELLAVISTA WITH FULL SEA VIEWS, POOL & PRIVATE SUN TERRACE
Located at the highest and quietest point in Los Altos, Orihuela Costa, this totally renovated modern 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom penthouse apartment has sweeping views of the Mediterranean and over the charming area of Los Altos. Bellavista is on the 2nd floor with NO LIFT, but the views and living space is worth the walk up.
The apartment living area comprises of 72sqm and has an additional private 30sqm solarium with 180 deg views of the mountains and ocean.
The main bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with luxurious linen, built in large cupboards, is light and bright and fitted with double glazed windows. The second bedroom has 2 single beds with built in cupboard, is light and a nice sea view. The separate bathroom has a large walk-in shower, double hand basin and toilet. The living and kitchen areas are open plan and decorated in soft tones and neutral colors. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has a large fridge/freezer as well as lots of counter space and an area in the back with a washing machine. Our living area offers comfortable leather sofas and a large smart TV with English channels. Netflix is available using your own account.
The dining area is beautiful with amazing views of the pool/garden and the sea. This penthouse apartment is for the discerning guest who appreciates quality furnishings and beautiful surroundings with amazing views.
The top floor solarium offers a fully furnished and private solarium with 180 degree views of the sea and mountains from where you can see the islands and the mountains. The perfect place to relax and unwind
