Newly renovated 3 bed/2 bath home. New brick floors and accents throughout. Refinished oak floors, fresh paint, light fixtures, new cabinets, counter tops, and appliances inside. The exterior has been freshened up with new paint, brick, windows, driveway, and nice back patio. Very cute and cozy home. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, other bedrooms have a full and a twin bed with trundle. You're just minutes from the Midtown shops, Forrest General, Southern Miss, and I-59. Centrally located in the heart of Hattiesburg.

Great place, poor communication

The good: The house is as advertised, nice with all of the amenities including washer and dryer. The smart TV worked great. We were able to log into our Amazon account and watch our content without any problems. The location is about as good as it gets for Hattiesburg, just more than a block south of Hardy St in midtown nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The bad: The communication was lacking and when there was communication it was dismissive in nature. The lock box was a real pain to operate and should be changed to something that actually works, especially since the property manager was unresponsive when attempting to access the home. The dead bolt doesn’t engage on a door with small glass panes which is a security concern in unfamiliar surroundings.
