"The apartment is located in Pozzallo a few meters from the Lungomare Pietre Nere in southern Sicily, in the Ragusa area, the apartment is 70 meters from the fabulous golden sandy beach, the sea is not deep, ideal for families with small children.
The area is one of the most requested by tourists because the most beautiful beach in the town is nearby and because you have all the services within walking distance.
350 meters from all services.
A car is not necessary to reach the city centre. However, it is advisable to have a car for excursions in southern Sicily in the Baroque Val di Noto of Syracuse, Ragusa, Modica and Scicli.

2 bathrooms one with shower and one with bathtub. You will also find a hairdryer and a washing machine. The living room kitchen is very spacious with a sofa bed, a large window with access to the balcony.
