About this property

This new 84m2 apartment includes a beautiful living room of 45m2 with a living - dining room + a fully equipped open kitchen and 2 bedrooms with bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook and eat. The dining table can accommodate 6 people. In the living room, the sofa and armchairs constitute a convivial space where it is good to meet. The convertible sofa offers 1 additional bed for 2 people. Large bay windows make this room very bright and pleasant: facing west you can enjoy the setting sun. From the living room you access the terrace with outdoor furniture (table, chairs and armchairs) and the jacuzzi (for your exclusive use).
A 1st bedroom with a large bed (160 cm) and bathroom with Italian shower completes the ground floor. On this side you will have a nice view on the roofs of Sarlat.
A wide staircase takes you upstairs where there is a second bedroom: 2 single beds of 90 cm and a bathroom with Italian shower and wc.
Each bedroom and the living room have a TV. Free WiFi available in the apartment.
A free parking space is reserved for you in our secure car park.
In less than 3 minutes you are in the typical alleys of Sarlat.

Très bon séjour à Sarlat

Appartement neuf tout confort, offrant de belles prestationsJacuzzi relaxant en fin de journée. 👍? Idéalement situé pour Visiter Sarlat-la-Canéda et ses environs. Parking apprécié. A améliorer : la séparation entre les terrasses des différents appartements. Déçue par la climatisation annoncée par sous sol totalement inefficace.

Gorgeous Apartment in Sarlat

This apartment is gorgeous - beautifully clean and in a wonderful location. Only a couple of issues/suggestions - when we arrived, the beds were not made up. After a long journey the last thing you want to have to do is make beds!! The second thing is in relation to information provided- Jennifer checked us in and whilst she was lovely, she doesn't speak English and we can't speak French. Not a big problem but none of the information in the welcome book is in English. We made the effort to use google translate to find out what to do in relation to emptying bins but not everyone would do that - just print out the information in English (and German, Spanish and any other language) - it makes things far easier. When we contacted Karine, she responded immediately and resolved our issue of a couple of missing pillowcases. Apart from that, the apartment is gorgeous and the hot tub is fantastic (yes, it is fab even in hot weather). Sarlat is a beautiful village and I would totally recommend this apartment as a base here.
