Apartment of 70 m2 located on the 1st floor with elevator in a new secure residence with private parking. It is 200m from Calvi beach, in the heart of the pine forest.

Located 100m from a supermarket with bakery, the residence is 15 minutes' walk from the town center and the port of Calvi by the wooden promenade along the beach.

The fully air-conditioned apartment has free internet access, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine, a refrigerated wine cabinet, a TV with "Bose" sound bar and a washing machine. Laundry.

Lage, Lage, Lage

Spitzenmässige Lage, nur knapp 5 Minuten zum Strand, Privatparkplatz, der Supermarkt ist direkt nebenan, schöne Strände in ca. 20 Minuten Entfernung. War ein super Ausgangspunkt für alle Unternehmungen.

Superbes vacances

L'appartement correspond à 100% à l'annonce: mobilier, agencement, belles terrasses, idéalement situé à l'entrée de la pinède à quelques pas de la plage et des commerces. L'Endroit idéal pour des vacances en famille. Nous reviendrons, c'est certain!

Appartement sympa. Tout confort.

Habitue de Calvi nous savions ou nous arrivions. Appartement sympa. Tout confort. Seul bémol les codes à retenir pour entrer dans La résidence. Mais vraiment rien de grave. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Superbe!!!

Superbe appartement avec prestations de qualité. Résidence très calme, dans la pinède. Accès plage très proche. Tout peut se faire à pied : - boulangerie - supermarché - marchand de légumes Le centre de Calvi peut être rejoint par la route ou par la promenade en bois qui longe la plage. Idéal pour des vacances reposantes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
