About this property

Newly construction townhouse located in the popular area of midtown, Tallahassee. Our home is just a short walk from top rated restaurants and a popular brewery. It is also just across the street from beautiful Lake Ella that has an adorable coffee shop and a great place to visit. It is also just a short drive to Florida State campus, the stadium, FAMU, Capital building and downtown. We welcome well seasoned guest over the age of 25. This home is clean, quiet, and close to everything. We are the left side of the townhome in the image (the white and brown building) Book and enjoy your stay!

3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs. The master shower is a walk in with a showerhead as well as a rainhead shower. There is also a half bath downstairs. Downstairs open floor plan with front porch and 2 car attached garage! No Smoking! There is also plenty of street parking available. We do not allow parties. You will love the walking distance to many great restaurants, breweries and Lake Ella.

You will have access to the whole house.

Location! Location! Location!

This was an amazing townhome. Had all the comforts of home. Very clean and spacious with all modern updates. But the best amenity is the closeness to everything, especially the FSU Campus. It is located only 6 min to the FSU Law School and just a bit longer to the main campus. Perfect for our stay. Midtown is a great little area with fun restaurants and even a brewery within walking distance. I will certainly book this home again if we are back in town.

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood

The house was exactly as pictured online. It was a great place for our family to spend the holidays. Open layout downstairs allows for casual hanging out and spacious bedrooms upstairs provided time alone as needed. 10/10 would rent again!

Daughter’s Graduation

We stayed here for our my daughter’s graduation from FSU. The home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, we felt right at home. The distance to FSU was perfect. I will definitely stay here again, when I am In Tallahassee.

Wonderful

Everything about this rental is perfect! We stayed for 8 days to watch our daughter perform in the FSU spring musical and it was great! Super convenient location to everything as well as roomy and updated! I would highly recommend and we will hopefully be staying here again soon! Amy quickly responded to questions and was super sweet!
