Inside a small, secure residence, waterfront, 4 floors "les Cytises", apartment 30m² with nice decoration, located on the second floor with beautiful sea view for four people. The living room has an equipped kitchen area, it opens onto a balcony/terrace of 6m², facing the ocean, north-west facing, equipped with garden furniture. The sleeping area is divided between the small bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a small sleeping area with bunk beds. The recently renovated shower room includes a shower and a sink. Toilets are independent. You have a closed private garage (ATTENTION very small H1.80 x L2.49 x prof 4.95). Join the beach, restaurants, glaciers, schools and activities at the foot of the building at 50m and 100m, golf at 2.5km, the lake at about 5km (Ref 01401)

Umwerfender Ausblick,Ferienwohnung für eine Person in Ordnung

Die Wegbeschreibung zur Agentur und zum Objekt sehr verbesserungsbedürftig ! Die Eingangstür ist nur mit Krafteinsatz zu öffnen. Garagentür defekt. Die Wohnungsausstattung war für mich ausreichend aber wi ist Stauraum für vier Personen ? Zeitweise Beschallung von gegenüber.
