About this property

The San Ciprianu area is very family friendly and suitable for children who can walk around the area in complete safety and freedom. The beach is only a few minutes' walk away.

The villa is ideal for 2 couples and their children: 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed. The bedroom on the ground floor is refurbished as well as its bathroom and the kitchen.

Nearby - shops 5 mins walk:

Bakery at Noelle, convenience store, our friend Remy the caterer, the Press (for Corsica Morning, essential on vacation), for Géraldine's Boutik fashion, water skiing at Olive au Poton, sailing club, diving club for baptisms and level crossings, a cocktail at the Cabanon and to finish the day relaxed, a massage by Alex from OxyZen.

And if you want to take the car or the boat:

Porto-Vecchio is 10 km away, the Golf de Sperone 40 minutes (Bonifacio) and in between, the splendid beaches of the South of the Isle of Beauty (Palombaggia, Santa Giulia, Rondinara, ...)
.Many hikes nearby from Saint Lucia or Oso and swimming in natural pools.
The 3 bedrooms are air conditioned. There are 2 toilets: one on the ground floor independent and equipped with a hand basin and another in the upstairs bathroom.

You can park your car in the front garden shared with the terraced house.

Ce n’est pas une villa

Malheureusement la description de l’annonce ne correspond pas à la réalité. Alors que le propriétaire propose soit disant une villa vous vous retrouverez dans une dépendance de sa maison principale. Vous utiliserez son wifi (enfin ce qui veut bien passer), quand il prend sa douche vous attendrez d’avoir de la pression. La maison est ancienne et rien n’a été refait depuis un certain temps. La propreté laisse à désirer. Le linge il faut aller le chercher dans un pressing à 14km car le propriétaire ne va pas le chercher afin qu’il se retrouve dans la maison à votre arrivée. La maison n’est pas sécurisée pour les enfants car il y a un lagon qui n’est pas du tout protégé. Alors que j’ai signalé tout cela à la propriétaire elle m’a remerciée de l’information et m’a souhaité de bonnes vacances quand même ... passez votre chemin, il y a à saint cyprien des objets bien mieux entretenus et correspondant à ce qui est annoncé.

relaxant

propriété bien située entre mer (à 200 m) et montagne (1/2 heure de voiture) dans une petite station balnéaire familiale ; ponton donnant sur un petit bras de mer très agréable, 2 petites chambres mais fonctionnelles et une plus grande chambre donnant sur un balcon privatif à l'abris des regards. Déplacements à l'intérieur de St Cyprien paisibles, mer peu profonde, claire et calme (la profondeur de la plage est par endroit étroite mais comme elle est longue cela compense). Petits bémols : au niveau de la propriété elle même : Il y a 6 couchages (2 lits doubles et 2 lits simples) mais au niveau de l'espace intérieur de la propriété idéal pour 4 personnes et il faut louer les draps (pressing bleu-lavande à la sortie de Porto-Vecchio, le personnel est très sympathique) au niveau de la ville : pas de distributeur de billets ni de banque sur place (il y en a à Sainte Lucie de Porto-Vecchio ou à Porto Vecchio à 15-20 minutes en voiture. Globalement, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans un environnement calme et agréable, Mme Bianchetti, la propriétaire est d'un abord très agréable et est à l'écoute du bien être de ces locataires.
