You will have a wonderful time in our beautiful waterfront home with your private TIKi bar overlooking a Beach area on the water. Imagine sitting in the evening time, BBQing and watching the sunset. Brand new dock with seating, only minutes from the Gulf. deep-water canal. You don't want to miss out on this awesome location. located in Hudson Florida. Note: If you book for the month we highly recommend you get our cleaner in the second week to avoid any additional cleaning charges to the property.

Accurate listing, great place for a home base while in the area

Much Needed updates and improvements

Carol our host was great. The rental needs to be updated, improved and deep cleaned. The smell of sewer was unbearable and we had to stay no where else to go. We were promised last year the improvements were going to be done , however, we were shocked nothing was done. It was worse this year than last. We were so disappointed but made the best of it being outdoors as much as possible. Shame on us for trusting someone’s word. I would not recommend this rental.

Trailer House

House needs many maintenance and updated items to be addressed and completed. Many safety and sanitation issues. I would not stay here again unless house has been completely updated. back yard is great. Spent a lot of time there. Carol is aware of condition.

Family vacation

This is wonderful spot with some of the most beautiful sunsets. Loved it and definitely will be back. My hostess Carol was very easy to reach and to talk with. Double thumbs up! Didn't want to leave.

fun on a canal

the house was as described in good condition . the owner as made great accomodations for anyone who stays . we enjoyed our short stay at the house which was the perfect size for our 4 adults and two kids . thank you
