Rudimentary but overall satisfactory

Ski-in-ski-out location, so ideal in that respect, but no shops nearby and only bar closed after the gondola stopped. Meant frequent trips down the mountain for supplies and no evening activity. Samoen 1600 as an area is ideal for those with young children but others might be frustrated for reasons above. The apartment itself is basic but functional, no Wi-Fi or washing machine but that was ad described. More prominence could be given to the absence of bed linen and towels in the listing, we bought from Carrefour in the village but would have brought with us if we’d realised. Do not book if expecting luxury, you pay for what you get and overall I’m satisfied that this was value for money.

Très déçue, mauvaise expérience

Points positifs : la vue, la salle de bain Points négatifs : - Une chambre qui n’en est pas une ( largeur de la chambre = celle du lit avec juste un petit carton posé le long du lit en guise de chevet ) aucun rangement (ni armoire, ni étagère dans la chambre).Une armoire se situe dans l’entrée mais elle est cadenassée. - Très mauvaise literie et lit instable - Les toilettes fuient : il faut régulièrement couper le robinet d’arrivée d’eau / vider le contenant qui se trouve sous la fuite - chauffage au sol : impossible de baisser le chauffage, air sec et nuits torrides. Seule Solution : ouvrir la fenêtre et profiter des dameuses en tant que berceuses au pire attraper froid ( j’ai dormi sur le canapé loin de la fenêtre pendant la semaine ) - Télévision HS pendant toute la semaine - Vaisselle ébréchée (bols, tasses..) - Pas de lave vaisselle et certains soirs plus d’eau chaude pour faire la vaisselle à la main (après 1 bain et 3 douches) - Casiers à skis très étroits ( pas de place pour les chaussures ni les casques qui doivent être montés et mis…sur les valises qui trônent par terre là ou il y a de la place) Heureusement nous n’étions que 2 adultes et 2 enfants… - Bref, une semaine qui devait permettre de regonfler les batteries. Et bien elles sont à plat :(
