About this property

Charming detached house in the heart of Auray close to all amenities, restored by us combining the charm of old beams and the marine spirit, 2km from the TGV station (2h40 from Paris) and near the fabulous port of Saint Goustan.
On the ground floor: a large living room with spaces: kitchen, dining and living room
On the floor: two nice rooms, a room of water with shower and an independent TOILET.
The enclosed courtyard (with small outbuildings) will allow you to use the barbecue and take your meals outside in peace.
Ideally located in the Morbihan, near the Gulf of Morbihan and the Atlantic Ocean. Close to Vannes, Carnac, Quiberon, Sainte-Anne d'Auray, Belle Ile, the islands of the Gulf, the activities are many: tourism, sport, beaches, fishing, history, boating, hiking, walks and discovery of the southern Brittany region .

idéal

Location très agréable, calme avec toutes les commodités. Emplacement idéal dans le centre ville, marché le lundi matin au pied du logement. Location propre à notre arrivée. À partir d’Auvray nous avons visité une bonne partie de la région du Morbihan sans faire trop de Km à chaque fois, idéal.
