Apartment is completely new and renovated !

The aparthouse Penelope is situated on the island of Rab, place called Supetarska Draga (Dumići). Aparthouse Penelope is equipped with: flat screen TV/SAT, WI-FI, Internet access, air condition system and free public parking.

Apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchenette featuring a dining table, fridge with freezer and stove. The private bathrooms are fitted with shower. Free toiletries are provided. All units have separate balcony and wonderful sea view.
Aparthouse offers a spacious sun terrace with barbecue facilities and beautiful sea view. First sandy beach is 8 meters in front of aparthouse, while other several beaches can be found along the coastline.

Apartment is ideal for family tourism. Aparthouse Penelope can host big family in separate unit.

Tolle Ferienappartements in ruhiger Lage
Wir waren für 12 Tage im Sommer 2016 mit Hund dort und fanden es wunderschön. Die Zimmer sind sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die gesamte Anlage wurde renoviert und wirkt von Außen schon einladend. Bis zum Wasser sind es wenige Meter und ein kleiner Einkaufsladen ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Am Wasser herrscht kein Massentourismus und es ist wunderschön türkisblau und klar. Um die Mittagszeit ist man beim baden oft fast allein, da viele eine Mittagsruhe einlegen. Zum Essengehen muss man mit dem Auto ein paar Minuten in die Stadt fahren, was wir persönlich aber nicht schlimm fanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben auch keine Probleme mit größeren Hunden. Natürlich sollte der Hund erzogen sein, aber wer fährt schon mit einem Rüpel in den Erholungsurlaub. Wir fahren auf jeden Fall noch ein paar Mal hin, da wir es dort wirklich richtig schön gefunden haben.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit hohem Wohlfühlfaktor
Wir haben mit unseren beiden Jungs im Appartmenthaus Penelope eine super erholsame Woche verbracht. Die Wohnungen sind modern und perfekt eingerichtet. Alle Geräte sind neuwertig und funktionieren problemlos. Die Zimmer und die gesamte Anlage sind absolut sauber und gepflegt. Wenn man auf der großen Terrasse essen oder einfach nur entspannt lesen möchte, findet man immer einen schattigen Platz unter den Bäumen. Es ist sehr ruhig mit Blick aufs Meer und traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen. Alles ist mindestens so gut wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern gezeigt. Ein paar Schritte weiter findet man nette Restaurants und auch eine kleine Strandbar. Der Badeplatz am Haus ist ideal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern, da das Meer an dieser Stelle sehr flach ist und auch keine Seeigel das Badevergnügen stören. Von hier aus erreicht man in kurzer Zeit viele weitere wunderschöne Badebuchten, die keine Wünsche offen lassen. Marijana ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Schon im Vorfeld hat die Kommunikation und die Abwicklung problemlos funktioniert, da sie auch gut deutsch spricht. Vor Ort stand sie jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Vielen Danke für die schöne Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

L'ubicazione dell'appartamento è strategica perchè si arriva in poco tempo in ogni parte dell'isola. L'appartamento è in ordine e molto pulita. La signora Marijana è estremamente cortese e molto disponibile ad aiutare i clienti e a consigliare ristorantini e spiagge. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

I was here at Penelope Aparthouse this summer, and it was for sure the best vacation we've ever had. We took two apartments on the gound which were literally just a few meters from sandy beach. I watched my childred swimming and playing on the beach from apartment. Apartments are totally new with modern furnishing and very clean. Coming again for sure!

Spectacular view, modern appartments
The apartment is situated in a beautiful, quiet bay on island Rab, just a few meters from the water's edge. There are no cars allowed to this particular area, so be prepared to leave your car in the nearby parking and climb a few stairs to reach the apartments. Do not worry, it is worth the effort and the hosts are ready to help you with your bags. A perfect holiday destination with children as the water is shallow and the beach is sandy. I was totally impressed by the apartment's modern, stylish and comfortable equipment. The hosts were really helpful and friendly, the surrounding area beautiful. We hired a motorboat just a few steps away from our place and it allowed us to discover the whole island. Overall it was a great experience, warmly recommended!

The biggest advantage of our apartments is a direct coexistence of man and the sea. Feels like you're on a boat , wake up and lie down with the smell of the sea and noise of the waves.
